We pride ourselves on flexible production. Our standard MOQ is [Insert Number, e.g., 100] pieces per style per color. However, the MOQ may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the design and the specific fabric required. Please contact us for a precise evaluation.

Absolutely! We offer full-service development. You only need to provide a sketch, a reference image, or even just a concept. Our professional design and pattern-making team will help you create a detailed Tech Pack (Technical Package) and bring your vision to life through a physical sample.

 Typically, sample development takes [3-7] business days after the Tech Pack and fabrics are confirmed. The sample fee varies based on design complexity. Importantly, the sample fee is fully refundable (or credited towards your balance) once you place a bulk order for that specific style meeting our MOQ.

We offer both options:

Full Package (FPP): We have an extensive network of fabric mills and trim suppliers. We can source specific materials based on your requirements.

Cut, Make, Trim (CMT): If you prefer to supply your own fabrics and trims, we are happy to handle the manufacturing process.

 Once the final sample is approved and the deposit is received, bulk production usually takes [1-3] weeks. This timeline may vary depending on order volume, fabric availability, and peak seasons. We will provide a strict timeline in your official contract.

Quality is our top priority. We implement a strict multi-step Quality Control (QC) process:

Incoming materials inspection.

In-line inspection during sewing and assembly.

Final comprehensive inspection before packaging.

We operate under strict AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards to ensure every piece meets your expectations.

No, transparency is our core value. Our "one-stop" quotation generally includes material sourcing, pattern making, cutting, sewing, trimming, and standard polybag packaging. Any additional costs, such as custom branded packaging, special labeling, or shipping, will be clearly itemized on your invoice before you pay.

For bulk production, our standard terms are a [30% - 50%] deposit upfront to secure materials and schedule production. The remaining [50% - 70%] balance is due after the final QC inspection is approved and right before shipment. We accept payments PayPal.

Yes, we ship globally! Depending on your budget and timeline, we offer:

Express Shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS): Fastest (3-7 days) but more expensive. Ideal for samples or urgent small orders.

Air Freight: Good balance of speed and cost for medium orders.

We stand entirely behind our workmanship. If you receive items with manufacturing defects (e.g., severe sizing deviations from the approved tech pack, construction flaws) caused by our factory, please notify us within [7-14] days of receiving the goods. We will evaluate the issue and offer a free rework, replacement, or an equitable refund.
